Not to my knowledge. A few medical helicopter systems fly with MD and RN crews or MD and Paramedic crews (Stat MedEvac is one that does sometimes), but most crews are RN and Paramedic (most of Stat MedEvac helicopters, LifeFlight helicopters). Some systems fly RN with RN. I have not heard of one that flys with PAs or NP’s as well, however, I’m most familiar with the east coast and midwest.
1LifeFlight helicopters are crewed…whoever is on the crew rides. Period.
