I have to do a report in biology about the pros of rhinoplasty and i know that it can oftentimes cure birth defects that affect breathing and/or the look of the nose. does anyone know any specific birth defects/ diseases that rhinoplasty can fix? I already know about cleft lip and cleft palate… thanks in advance

I have migraines about every 2 weeks and I’m always scared to mix my medication since I’m also on the daily birth control pill. Are the chances of the pill less effective then because of Zomig? I tried to do research on it but all I could find was “Additional monitoring of your dose or condition may be needed if you are taking oral contraceptives (birth control pills), cimetidine, or other migraine medicines. ” on drugs.com.
Otherelse than the birth control and Zomig, there are no other drugs that I take and there are no blood-related problems that run in my family that I know of.

Can the already developed ova that are in a woman’s body from birth be damaged from years of hard drug use, specifically opiate, marijuana and cocaine abuse? I am curious to know if the child of a former heroin addict is at risk of being born with any birth defects both physical and mental. The mother has been free from drugs for six years. I want to know if ova can be altered while dormant in the ovaries and lead to problems years later if the egg is fertilized. Thank you.
