September 27, 2009 By: admin Category: Business & Finance

i bought a car from a dealership it was used an 97 4 runner and when i bought the car i put down 2 grand ( my credit isn’t good) and the car salesman said in order for the loan to be bought i would have to put down another grand but at the time i didn’t have it so he said i could write him 4 checks each for 250 that he would cash one each week which was fine with me but not even 2 days after having the car did it break down so i took it to a toyota service center and the amount of work was well over 3 grand were the tech told me about the california lemon law so i towed the car back to dealership and brought the lemon law paper work saying i wanted my down payment back and he told me that he would have the car looked at for himself and wouldn’t Cash the checks til he knew if it was worth it to have the car fixed so i didn’t hear from him for a Weeks or so and he called and said he was going to get it fixed and two weeks later he called and said the car was done when i went up there he wouldn’t show me any parts boxes or nothing so i wouldn’t take the car he told me to drive it to a serivxce center to prove work was done which i wasn’t about to do because the closest toyota service center was 30 miles away. so we left the car there and said we would talk to an attorney and the next day we paid the first payment to the loan company and canceled the checks so the dealership couldn’t take the other thousand so we decided to go get the car and he wouldn’t give me the keys i even called the cops and they said it was a civil matter. the dealership ether went under or moved i drove by and its gone they have my down payment and car can i still sue them

I Have A Won A Small Claims Court Case, But Have Not Been Paid.

September 27, 2009 By: admin Category: Business & Finance

There was a case against a women who imports English Bulldogs to the US, sells them, then ships them to you. The problem was there were many sick dogs, that she did this with. There was a contract signed by the owners, myself included. That contract waived the rights of the puppy lemon law for the state she lives in. I was not awar of a puppy lemon law. Well, before I knew about the others going through this, I contacted my court and we went through a couple of trials. They ruled in the favor of me to get paid back the cost of the dog plus all vet bills that occured. I later was contacted by the attorney general’s office stating that they are suing her for her conduct. There were many others going through the same thing I did. I never got paid, she lived in a different state, so it is difficult to send her a capias. She won’t do anything because she knows my sherriff is’nt going to another state to arrest her. Now I recently found out she moved again to a whole different state. How convienent is that? I contact the attorney generals office that has a case open with her, but every time I talk to them they say they are in the middle of talking with her attorney. It’s frustrating, because I lost my dog because of his illness, I put alot into this, and nothing in return. And what pisses me off, is she still does business on the internet making money charging more now than she had in the past. Should I continue with this fight? Or give up and say hell with it. This feels like a loosing battle. I get so mad knowing that she’s still getting away with this today. I Learned my lesson. If it sounds too easy, and too good to be true it’s going to rip you off.

July 31, 2009 By: admin Category: Health

This case has to do with my dad who is now deceased and the papers do not appear under his name. My brother is the Executor of my father’s will and doesn’t want to give the information and right now he is nowhere to be found. I will llike to know if there is any way of finding this information this could be in NJ court, already call the court and they can’t find it. They are telling me a need a docket number which I don’t have or the lawyers do not want to provide. This has to do a with mesothelioma case.
Is there any coding for these cases and where can I find this info. The lawyers for this case are telling me they can’t give me any info because I’m not the Executor in the case. Please help. If anyone knows who should I contact that could help. I have no money to hire a lawyer. If this is in the cour’ts public record do I have the right to have them? Are the lawyers for this case telling me the truth?

I Settled Out Of Court With An Automaker, Due To Lemon Law, And I Was Wondering If Anyone Knew?

July 14, 2009 By: admin Category: Business & Finance

how long they have to pay me the settlement. I was told September 25, 2008 and I have not been informed to bring the original lemon back to the dealership or about my award. I would think they have a certain time to settle it. My lawyer is out when I call, the secretary doesn’t know how long they take.

What Is Mesothelioma And Why Is There A Need To Go To Court When It Comes To This Illness?

June 28, 2009 By: admin Category: Health

I read in a local paper about people suffering from mesothelioma and am just being curious. Also I do not quite understand why one has to resort to court if one has this illness.
