It is a 93 LeBaron with 135,000 miles on it. It drove off the lot OK then the transmission went a few miles later. He’s been “working on it” for OVER 2 MONTHS!! He continues to delay me with new excuses every week. He won’t give me my money back and yet he won’t admit the car is no good. Other than the NY State DMV, Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau are there any other sources besides a lawyer to ask for help?

But no other dogs who have been around dog is sick. She claims none of her dogs are sick. My pup is from same litter as this pup and he is fine. My pup lives right next door to my friend. None of the dogs near us have parvo. She says it was in the air on our ride home. Parvo is not airbourne as far as I know. Any good advice is appreciated. I don’t want this don’t buy from breeders crap or that there are millions of dogs dying in shelters I know this. We wanted this specfic breed of dog.

Also, supply ships usually visit once or twice a week with bulkier deliveries of fuel, water, chemicals and materials.
I remember years ago whilst working on a rig, the perishable salad stuff running out after a storm had prevented re-supplies from reaching us for a few days, but there were plenty of other bulk supplies on board. The rig operators plan for this sort of thing of course.
As for fuel – the rigs only drill the boreholes, and do not produce the oil. On the bigger production facilities, you cannot just tap into the oil stream, because it’s crude oil, not refined. So the rigs have to use fuel oil and diesel for their enegy needs, just like everybody else! That said, some of the excess produced gas can be used for on-site electricity generation. I think that some of the production facilities are also now using wind and solar power to supplement their energy needs.

Within the first month 2 seperate problems came up with the keyless entry system (remote). After that, within a couple of months, the 4 wheel drive gave out. Within a couple-few more months the 4wd gave out again. We have had a couple other issues crop up as well… NOW, as I was turning left through an intersection I heard a soud like something metal flew out from under my car and then the words “service stablitrak… service traction control” came up…
Since we had a bunch of things come up ever since we bought it does the CA lemon law apply to our car? Or, does it sound like we are basically stuck with a car that will need repairs???
The latest instance SCARED the hell out of me because while I was idling at a stop light, smoke (grey colored smoke) started coming from the back of my car… would that possibly warrant the dealer taking it seriously enough to try to work something out?
I’m mainly worried because we have 4 kids all in car seats and now with smoke coming from the car I’m worried something may happen one time when I’m driving and won’t be able to get them out in time…
Thoughts?

In February of 08 with 15,000 miles on the car I brought the car in for a problem when changing gears. They couldnt diagnose the problem because they said it wasnt frequent enough. I then brought the car in again for that same problem plus a vibration that lasted 4 seconds and occurred every 20 minutes in the beginning of July. They said they felt the problem when we test drove it and tried to fix it. When the car was picked up a week later, it was still doing the same thing. It was brought back again and we were told again that it lasted too short a time each time for them to figure out what was wrong. After many talks with the manager and more tests run on the car, they are now going to change the transmission. If this does not resolve it, do I qualify for Lemon Law or do they have to try to fix it another time? The car now has 19,000 miles on it because of all the test drives they have done on it. Does that change anything?

Does it hurt when they pull out my wisdom teeth and how long does it take? And i heard it hurts like crazy after.

30 days for what? If you mean “do I have a 30-day return period?” the answer is no. Once you’ve signed the contract and taken delivery, the car is yours.

The bike is a 2005 kawasaki 250. It only had 240 miles on it when we got it. It broke down the first time 3 days after we got it. It came with a full warranty so they “fixed” it. It broke 3 days later same problem. Then 2 times since. We have had it less than a month and it’s broken 4 times or more times if you count how many times it’s just died on the side of the road and would actually restart for another 2 minutes. What are our rights? We asked them about returning or exchanging it for one that worked and they told us we were stuck with it and they would fix it again… they haven’t and my husband is refusing to ride it because he’s almost been thrown over the handlebars twice. It just keeps dying, they said it was gas, they said it was a crip in the fuel line, electrical, manufactured that way. All Crap.
And for bad publicity sake-the shop is Quincy’s on main in El Cajon, CA -by san diego.Don’t ever shop there,their bikes are crap and the service is worse

I’ve grown very concerned that autism will prove to be like mesothelioma, i.e., that we will ultimately discover that autism is directly caused by some common substance (like a flame retardent or insecticide), just like mesothelioma is caused by exposure to asbestos. Get rid of asbestos and mesothelioma goes away. Get rid of XYZ substance and autism goes away.
I’m concerned that we as human beings are leaving a natural wilderness (as we cultivate civilization) only to create a new one.
