I did basically i fell down a whole set of straires, loads of other people had in the weeks before. My injuries were serious and i was in cast for 9 weeks and out of work for 4 months. When it came to my claim they said the landing just before the straires wasnt the straires so my claim was invalid. I think the solicitor got a backhander. In short i lost £5000/6000 in wages and they ripped out their dodgy strairs. Whats your story and did you get done over!

This company is through Consumer Credit Counseling Service. After being unemployed for over 1 year, and used all my savings to pay my credit card bills I need the help of this type of service. I asked about this yesterday but the only answers I got were people telling me not to use one- I have 4 accounts to claim on, not enough cash to front 4 lots of court fees etc and I really don’t want the stress as the banks are being such s**ts about it so this is how I want to do it.
But I’d really like to know whether anyone can reccomend a good one? I’ve found one that takes 15% off the amount won including interest, and another that just keeps the interest as their fee, but I don’t know if those are the best deals and I’d like to hear a first hand account of someone who used any of them?
