There was a case against a women who imports English Bulldogs to the US, sells them, then ships them to you. The problem was there were many sick dogs, that she did this with. There was a contract signed by the owners, myself included. That contract waived the rights of the puppy lemon law for the state she lives in. I was not awar of a puppy lemon law. Well, before I knew about the others going through this, I contacted my court and we went through a couple of trials. They ruled in the favor of me to get paid back the cost of the dog plus all vet bills that occured. I later was contacted by the attorney general’s office stating that they are suing her for her conduct. There were many others going through the same thing I did. I never got paid, she lived in a different state, so it is difficult to send her a capias. She won’t do anything because she knows my sherriff is’nt going to another state to arrest her. Now I recently found out she moved again to a whole different state. How convienent is that? I contact the attorney generals office that has a case open with her, but every time I talk to them they say they are in the middle of talking with her attorney. It’s frustrating, because I lost my dog because of his illness, I put alot into this, and nothing in return. And what pisses me off, is she still does business on the internet making money charging more now than she had in the past. Should I continue with this fight? Or give up and say hell with it. This feels like a loosing battle. I get so mad knowing that she’s still getting away with this today. I Learned my lesson. If it sounds too easy, and too good to be true it’s going to rip you off.

I thought it was mainly my workplace. But on the main road, in my house, etc. Sometimes my phone will overheat for about a minute, then get failed signal. I was wondering if their is a way out of my contract? Any type of cell phone lemon law? Should I write to attorney general. I was told AT&T and Verizon are good; Verizon is just very expensive, and sort of al a carte?

I just got this book from lemonprotection.com and it is GREAT, I purchased a new car for my wife and it started to have problems with the transmission. I didn’t know what to do or where to start until I read this book, I recommend it to anyone who has or is going to purchase a new vehicle. It walked me through the proper steps to take in getting my car fixed with out cost to me, It also told me what to do if I need to find a good Lemon Law attorney.

suv still under warranty. 2004 escalade awd. replaced steering shaft 06/07, continues to make crunch noise when making a hard right turn. I was told the steering part had to be remodeled in november. the new part still makes the crunch noise. what are my options.

Can SHE still file law suit for a puppy who died? Breeder is not willing to to help in any way. Still wants balance due on dead pup. Spent well over $300 to find out puppy could not be saved. Breeder says no way parvo came from her property. But no other dogs who have been around dog is sick. She claims none of her dogs are sick. My pup is from same litter as this pup and he is fine. My pup lives right next door to my friend. None of the dogs near us have parvo. She says it was in the air on our ride home. Parvo is not airbourne as far as I know. Any good advice is appreciated. I don’t want this don’t buy from breeders crap or that there are millions of dogs dying in shelters I know this. We wanted this specfic breed of dog.

engine light came on in 3 weeks of buying car dealership is not an audi dealership.wont fix problem i gave them 3 attempts they wont even look into it to see what the problem is.could this be covered under lemon law?wont pass emissions either due to p0455 i told them of the problem on 8-5-08 through their mechanic who “reset the lite”the 2nd time they did a pressure test and “reset”lite the third time he was really rude doesnt even know whats wrong with the car(dealer)and says to me catalytic converters are not covered! did u read the warranty? a big ahole and now after that(that was on 8-28-08)i just reported him to the used car lemon law arbitration and they got my info on 9-9-08.do you think i have a case?????

Does the Lemon law apply to electronics? If this one is replaced and a yr. from now or whatever it goes out do I have any recourse to get my money back?.. It is under warranty, but that’s not the point, It is a pain in the neck to not be able to watch it, plus what about when warranty expires?..I’ll be stuck with repair costs.. We purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey in April of 2008. Since then, we’ve been to the dealership for the same problem more than 3 times for the same electrical problem. Our 4th and final trip to the dealership was about 2 months ago and just last week, we had a reoccurance of one of the same problems and are ready to move forward with our Lemon Law rights. (We’ve already contacted Chrysler and notified them of the defect, and have given them their final attempt to repair.) Do we need an attorney? Has anyone had to put up with this headache of a situation? Please share if you have.

I’ve taken my truck in 6 times, 7 next week, for an ongoing alignment issue. Has a slight pull to the right and never is truly straight. Something must be wrong with the car. I feel it’s a safety issue since the truck feels like it wanders. Anyways, I have reported it to Ford and intend to follow through with having them replace it. My Q is how many people have actually HAD to have a lawyer or attorney step in to complete the process? I recently purchased a vehicle for 2500, a 1994 buick century with 35,000 miles,
I bought it off of my mechanic who was selling it for a friend, and his friend lives in florida, we live in NY,
basically, I love the mechanic, he’s a great guy, and he’s always looking out for me,
but there is coolant leaking out of the intake gasket, and I’ve told him about it, and he says he’s not responsible under the lemon law, even though the bank wrote a check to HIM the mechanic, as a dealer, not the actual owner,
As much as I love the guy, i can’t afford the 500 dollar repair, but I don’t want to take it to small claims court,
He was just doing his friend a favor by selling the car, I don’t want to bone him over for doing a favor for a friend, which is the kind of stuff he does for me all the time,…
what should I do?

When you use a lawyer, you pay fees to the lawyer and court costs. What you can “get out of it” depends upon your case.

Hi, I bought a 99 jeep grand cherokee though a dealer. It wont pass inspection in MA where I bought it. The inspection guy told me that the light is cracked and holds water, and is to foggy to pass. The front tires are to bald to pass as well, and the exhaust headers have a slight hole/crack in them. I have had the jeep for three weeks approx and am trying to get the dealer to fix these problems becasue the lemon law in mass is 30 days. He keeps putting off the appointments for stupid reasons as far as I believe to get it past the thirty days! What can I do to make sure those items are fixed, and are they even required to fix them to pass inspection? Im real nervouse as the loan I have is just started and my first payment is to go to the dealer itself then the bank next. Can I still back out on the car, I have $1500 put down already on it, can I get it all back, Can I put off paying the payment to them legally until they fix the items?? what are my rights and please any advise???

hear a click noise but the engine doesn’t start. Ever since I’ve bought it, it has happened and I’ve taken it to the dealership many times and they haven’t been able to fix the problem because it is so hard to duplicate. They’ve tried changing out the relay and some other stuff but nothing worked. It still has that problem randomly but not as often as before after they took out an aftermarket alarm that I didn’t know about. Also the passenger side seat belt locks up at times too when I’m driving and the passenger tries to put on the belt, it’ll lock up and i’ll have to stop the car and park it before it’ll work. The dealership wouldn’t even replace that since they couldn’t duplicate it. What can I do? I want to lemon law this car!!! NEVER WILL I BUY A HONDA AGAIN!

I’m not sure if i can call the lemon law card in this situation.
im trying to do a little research on the whole deal but i just need to ask.
My situation is i bought a used 2003 yamaha R6S (street bike) on August 4th this year (2 1/2 months ago).
when i bought the bike i didn’t know anything about street bikes.
but i noticed that the bike didn’t sound right during idle, naturally the sales man told me its normal.
long story short, that sound eventually led to the problem of the engine constantly cutting of on me at any random time(while driving, idling, slowing down, etc…)
i have already takin the bike to the dealership 2 times and the problem continues.
i don’t want them to fix the bike anymore. i just want my money back.
someone told me about the lemon law.
my question….
would this law be able to be used in my situation?

A “couple” friend of ours is frequently have parties at their house. The only catch is everything is bring your own food, drink, etc. They live about 20 miles away from all the other friends and I am getting so sick of this.
I was taught, when I throw a party, I provide the food, drink ,etc., and people are more than welcome to bring their own things as well.
It seems they just have these parties to a: not have to drive after drinking, much unlike he majority of the guests who live the same 20 miles away; and b: they don’t care to spend the money.
I was just brought up to believe this was extremely rude. In the last e-mail napkins and plates were even being asked to be brought.
Does anyone else seem this to be extremely rude?

i dont think that its fair you should have a 3 day cool of period, iam in that situation i just got a 2006 used dodge charger and i made a mistake that salesman really got me, the next day i realized that i was not going to be able to afford it and guess what the sales man could care less, now iam stuck with a 30,000.00 car and paying $618.00 a month i havent even given my payment so now iam trying to sell it and its very hard, iam going thru a depression because if i dont pay it i will have to return it to wells fargo, and have a repo in my credit. if you whant to let me know about your ploblem you can e-mail me jhze@hotmail.com , iam in a very bad situation.

I’m drinking an Arizona Green Tea that’s a total of 3 servings.
And each serving is 70 calories.
If I drink it all, that’s 210 calories.
Is it really that bad to have more than one serving or something?

I am 5’8″ and 120 lbs (male). I have pretty much been like this since i was 18 (21 now). No matter what i eat i cant get fat. I do not exercise at all so i guess i can thank (or blame) metabolism. If you look at what i eat at a daily basis you would think i am obese but i am not. Will protein shakes work? Are there drinks that make you gain weight. I am really tired of looking so skinny.

Like it is stated above. I have cut out Soda all together and have begun eating more fruit and veggies and having some protein (chicken, turkey, etc) for dinner along with veggies. I drink nothing but water thru out the day and evening. And I feel bloated and constipated. I thought I would be having more bowel movements with this change in diet. I have been doing this for a week now and have only had one bowel movement!

Hi I’ve been wanting to diet for a long time but I’m not really sure how many portions of each catagory of food I should have a day.I need help. Because I am not that healthy I need the circle of good health in other words I need how many fruit, fat,vegtables ect. A day so could anyone help me lose my extra fat?
